Notes on Men-men

Men-men is my youngest's imaginary friend. At first I thought it was totally adorable, but Cassidy is far too clever a child to have an imaginary friend. I don't mean to say imaginary friends are a bad thing for a child, but in this case, where Men-men is responsible for her not eating her fruits and veggies, leaving large messes all over the house and forcing her to say things like "Peas taste like shit", one has to think Men-men's life on this earth may be coming to an abrupt halt.
